Electric Restructuring

Ron Binz has been involved in the debates about electric industry restructuring since the mid-1990's.  He represented a group of rural electric utilities before the Colorado General Assembly in 1996 when the legislators were considering restructuring legislation.  In 1997, Binz co-authored a major report on electric restructuring.  The executive summary of the report is included below.

Binz is a frequent speaker on the subject of restructuring of gas, electric and telecommunications markets.
